Connect Society was nominated for the Desjardins Insurance – Better Things Community Grant Program by a former Connect Society Family. A total of 137 nominations were received and we were fortunate to be one out of the 20 chosen as a grant recipient. With the $35,000 grant we will be creating a sensory room which will benefit our students for years to come.

It’s encouraging to realize that there are corporations like Desjardins Insurance that have a sense of social responsibility, and are willing to champion the good work of charitable organizations to effect positive change. Not only has Desjardins validated our hard work, but their financial support will provide an environment that promotes learning for the children currently in our program and for future generations.
